Very Very good and sturdy washing machine.Absolutely no noise and vibration.Washing quality is better than washing with hands.And the most important thing, electricity consumption is not even 1 unit in a wash cycle of 2 hours, and water consumption is also very less approximately 100 liters depending upon the weight of the clothes you put in.Machine is very Intelligent, and the functionality seems bit confusing initially but then as you spend time you understand each and every thing. Installation people are not very aware about the machine, but they do clarify your basic doubts.Wash program starts from where it stops when electricity resumes, you just don’t need to poke the machine during this time.Buttons/Screen quality is very very good.It can wash your clothes in 15 m ,39 m,1.5 hours depending upon the wash program you select.Smart things app also keeps you informed about electricity & water consumption and keeps you posted on what is going on with the machine.Got many problems in life but washing clothes isn’t one of them after buying this machine. My wife is super Happy.

After watching many videos and doing our research, we finally replaced our old IFB washing machine with a Samsung Smart model. Compared to other brands, Samsung has done a great job with its AI features. The washing quality is impressive, the Wi-Fi functions work well, and the build quality is solid with minimal vibration.We were considering Samsung, IFB, LG, and Bosch, but ultimately chose the Samsung 9kg model. You won’t find many detailed reviews or videos for this specific model on YouTube, so I hope this helps. we got this machine in Amazing Amazon deal only at 27500 RsAfter using it for 3–4 days, everything is working well so far, but I did notice a few cons:Power Interruption: If there’s a power cut during a wash cycle, the machine doesn’t automatically resume. You need to manually press the power button to continue the program once power is restored.Water Supply Issue: If the water supply is interrupted during a wash cycle, the machine shows an error. Once the water returns, the wash cycle starts from the beginning instead of resuming from where it left off.Liquid Detergent Usage: You cannot add liquid detergent before starting the wash program, especially if you’re using the prewash option. The liquid gets flushed out during prewash, reducing its effectiveness.Other than these three points, everything else has been great for us. We’ll update this review if we face any further issues.Thank you!

Terrible. The product sent was damaged and bad a missing part. Samsung technician saw the missing part and left without packing the machine back. Amazon expects us as customers to pack the machine back and give it back to them to process a refund. Of only there were legal ways of to redress in this country for the way they give service.
