Bad product
The product looked of good quality but the cap is leaky. Within two weeks the top stopper keeps coming off. Water leaks when pouring the water into glasses. It’s not cheap either. If it’s just this one then ideally it should be replaced as it’s a total waste of my money

Poor design for such a nice looking water pitcher!
Not that great. The lid opening for draining water is kind of flimsy. It comes off very easily when washing the container.The jug is sturdy and good but such a poor design for the lid! I won’t recommend it.
